Yoga as Bridge to the Dreamscape with Stacy TenHouten

An Introduction to Embodied Dream Work

Discover how dreams live in your body, not just your mind. This transformative 2-hour workshop combines gentle yoga with creative expression to unlock dream wisdom stored in your nervous system.

Through breath centered movement, you'll access the liminal space where dreams reside and learn embodied techniques for dream recall. Following this practice you will transition directly into spontaneous creative expression based on what arose during practice. No artistic skill required; the emphasis is on authentic expression over perfection.

You'll leave with practical tools for ongoing dream tending, a deeper understanding of how your body holds wisdom, and connection with fellow dreamers. Perfect for anyone curious about their inner landscape, seeking creative healing practices, or wanting to strengthen their relationship with dreams.

All levels welcome—no yoga or art experience required.
