Reclaim your natural state of peace, comfort, and ease through simple breathing exercises. Alie will guide you on a journey of breath awareness, helping you discover your unique breathing habits and accessible pranayama techniques.

Each class begins with gentle and restorative yoga postures that promote relaxation, reduce stress and tension, and establish a sense of grounding. You’ll engage in traditional yoga, pranayama, Ayurvedic principles, Qi Gong acupressure points and breathing exercises, learning how to integrate these practices into your daily life.

Many people develop non-optimal breathing habits that contribute to stress, anxiety, and discomfort. In this class, you’ll learn to cultivate compassion for yourself and embrace your yoga practice with grace and ease. As you rediscover your natural, diaphragmatic breath, you’ll find a calming and regulating effect on your nervous system, leading to a sense of self-acceptance and well-being.

Come home to yourself and find support in your skillful, intelligent, and beautiful personal practice. Alie will provide handouts to help you in integrate your practice into your daily routine.
