In this weekend workshop, Chad will approach the foundations of the physical practice of yoga from a fresh perspective. He will explore topics including alignment, understanding the principles of actions, breath work, and bandhas. Chad brings a wealth of knowledge from the last 50 years of teaching and studying. He teaches to simplify and to hopefully inspire each student to be open to their own journey, open to both the struggles and the joys, and to find a place of deep gratitude instead of perfection.
