Book a class below, and we will email you information to join online with Zoom (or YouTube for classes with music). A link to view the recording of class will be emailed shortly after class ends, and will be available for 7 days. More info about joining a livestream class here.
Email with link to join will be sent one hour before class start time. If booking less than an hour before class, email will be sent shortly after booking.

Helpful Notes for Livestream Classses
There is a 7-day rolling booking window for livestream classes. For example, on Monday you can book as far ahead as the next Sunday.
On-demand Classes: we will email you a link for the recording shortly after the livestream ends. The recording will be available for 7 days. Contact the studio if you want to view the recording but didn’t sign up in advance.
Class times displayed are Pacific Time - please adjust for your time zone!
To cancel a class you have previously booked, click “My Account” at top right of schedule listing, then select “Schedule”. You will then see a listing of classes booked, and may cancel any booked classes if needed.
