In this class, Laura will lead you through a full-body self-massage sequence using foam rollers and specially designed massage balls to:

  • Release muscular and fascia tension

  • Improve balance and stability by strengthening core muscles and body control

  • Target specific trigger points and myofascial junctions for deep muscle release and increased mobility

Let’s relieve pain, improve postural alignment, and joint range together. All welcome to attend, props provided.
