If you’re looking to move more slowly and mindfully, this class is for you. With Alie’s precise alignment cues and skillful sequencing, you are certain to enjoy your experience of yoga. Alie also loves to incorporate breathing exercises (pranayama) with mindful movement so that you can experience the real heart of yoga—that is, conscious union with your True Self.
