Join Cecile, certified sound healer, for River Song, a sound bath meditation inspired by the movement of flowing water and the soulful melodies of the Native American flute. Like a river winding its way through the landscape, this practice invites you to slow down and reconnect with the natural rhythm that exists within you.

Rivers teach us that movement does not have to be forceful to be powerful. They bend and continue forward, finding their path with patience and grace. The haunting tones of the Native American flute echo this wisdom, carrying the breath of the musician much like a river carries water on its journey.

Through the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes, you will be guided into deep rest where the nervous system can unwind and the mind can settle. As sound vibrations move through the space, tension begins to soften and the body settles into a slower, more spacious rhythm.

This experience is an invitation to listen. To the sounds around you, to the wisdom within you, and to the places in your life that may be asking for greater trust and ease. Like water moving around stones, we are reminded that not every obstacle needs to be pushed through. Sometimes the path forward is found through adapting and continuing on.

River Song honors the wisdom of nature, the medicine of sound and the strength found in flow.
