In-Studio Workshop
PhysioSTRIDE™ is a system of analyzing and improving your gait, posture, and breath to help alleviate pain, heal injuries, and improve balance.
How we move in our everyday lives determines our muscular and joint health. Each time we walk, sit, stand, or exercise, these movements have the potential to make us stronger or weaker, as well as more/less balanced. With PhysioSTRIDE™, we examine how we move – from the ground up. Starting with our feet, we move through the legs and hips, to the back, shoulders, and neck. Through this practice, we can improve posture, alignment, and general function of the body.
By learning about our physical habits and refining them, we can make our body stronger, more flexible, more efficient, and more effective at healing injuries.
The PhysioSTRIDE™ system of analyzing how we walk, stand, and sit has numerous physical benefits from healing plantar fasciitis and back pain, to helping prevent falls in older adults. Individuals with chronic pain and mobility issues including scoliosis, knockknee, orthopedic surgeries of all kinds, osteoporosis, arthritis (and more!) have benefited from the results of PhysioSTRIDE™.
You’ll walk away from this workshop with a set of useful skills that can be applied to your daily life.
