New Schedule Starts March 4

We are excited to announce a new schedule, starting Monday, March 4!


There are only a few changes you’ll notice:

Tuesday/Thursday 12:15-1:15 pm will now be Level 1-2 (Community), taught by Nina Gigante (previously teacher trainee class)

Tuesday/Thursday 5:00-6:15 pm will now be taught by Rachael LeBlond. Courtney Russell will be cutting back her schedule, but you can still find her Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:45 pm.

Friday noontime classes will change rooms: Roll, Release & Mobilize with Laura Gideon will move to 12:30-1:30 pm in North Studio (more space!), and the Community class will be at 12:00-1:00 pm in the South Studio.

Saturday 4:00 pm Taoist Yoga with Cindy will be shorter by 15 minutes, now ending at 5:15 pm.
