New Schedule begins September 8
Most of the changes on our new schedule happened back in June, when we had several teachers who made big changes, including moving out of state (Luke, Joan, and Claire, we miss you!) Since then, things have mostly settled down. Here are all the changes you will find:
M/W/F 12:30-2:00 pm Level 1-2 (Community) with Jenny Pagliaro
Jenny is a graduate of the SMY Teacher Training, and we are excited to have her on the schedule!
M/W 6:00-7:00 pm Pilates level 1-2 with Rani Bechar
Rani has expanded her schedule at SMY. (Taking over these classes from Claire.)
Tu/Th 10:45 am - 12:15 pm All Levels with Allison McCready
Allison is loving her new schedule! (Taking over these classes from Luke.)
Tu 5:00 pm All Levels Flow with Courtney Russell
Courtney adds the Tuesday companion time to her Thursday at 5:00 pm class, effective Oct 6.
Tu/Th 6:30-8:00 pm All Levels with Stacy Guglielmi
Stacy is new to SMY, bringing years of experience and a unique style. (Taking over these classes from Luke.)
Tu/Th 8:15-9:15 pm Level 1-2 with Daniel Gould
These classes have been shortened to 1 hour, and are now Level 1-2.
W 7:15-8:45 pm All Levels Flow with Meital Bat Or
Meital is new to SMY, this class time is a new offering.
F 8:30-9:30 am Pilates Level 1-2 with Rani Bechar
Rani adds the Friday companion time to her Monday 8:30 am class.
F 10:15-11:45 am Yoga for Women with Deborah Raoult
This is a new class offering, replacing the prenatal class that was at this time.
F 6:30-8:00 pm Chakra Rhythms with Stacy Guglielmi
Stacy has created a new class to fill the Yoga/Trance Dance slot left by Julian.
Sa 11:00-12:30 pm Level 1 with Indira Shekerjian
The start time for this class will change from 11:15 to 11:00.
Sa 12:45-1:45 pm GYROKINESIS® with Virginia Horne
This class moves from 7:30 am to 12:45 pm on Saturdays. The later time slot was previously prenatal yoga, which has been removed from the Saturday schedule. Look for prenatal workshops on Saturdays, coming soon.
