New Schedule Begins Monday March 3
Our 2014 Spring/Summer Schedule begins Monday, March 3. You will see just a few changes from the previous schedule:
- Tue/Thu 6:00 - 7:30 pm, Level 1 with Allison McCready
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 pm with Allison McCready changes from Level 1-2 to Level 1. We've had feedback that there aren't enough evening Level 1 classes, so here you go!
- Mon/Wed/Fri 10:45 am - 12:15 pm, All Levels with Steve Jones
Steve has been teaching these fun and challenging classes for a while, but Wednesday and Friday are marked as new on the printed schedule because it's a change since the last printing in September. You can also find him on Saturdays 2:15-3:45 pm.
- Tue 7:30 - 9:00 pm, Iyengar Level 1 with Doug Dee
We also officially welcome Doug Dee on Tuesday nights. This is a great class for a beginners or anyone who wants to focus on form and alignment.
- Mon/Wed 7:45 pm, Relax & Meditate will be dropped from the schedule due to lack of attendance. Watch for other workshops and events in these time slots.
