These ongoing classes from our schedule offer either yoga with meditation, or meditation only.

Meditation only classes are:

  • Fridays, 7:45-8:15 am - Morning Meditation with Nathalie Kramer (Community)
  • Sundays, 6:00-7:15 pm - Mindfulness Drop-in Meditation Group with Jason Ryterbrand (Donation Only)
